Guidelines; universal electronic access; closed circuit cameras

Sec. 5. The department shall include the following within the guidelines under section 4 of this chapter: (1) Guidelines for implementing universal electronic access to school property for law enforcement to all schools within each county. (2) Guidelines for implementing access to closed circuit cameras from a central location to be used in an emergency situation. As added by P.L.50-2019, SEC.10.
