Sec. 1.8. As used in this chapter, "social networking website username" means an identifier or profile that allows a person to create, use, or modify a social networking website, as defined in IC 35-31.5-2-307. As added by P.L.119-2008, SEC.4. Amended by P.L.85-2017, SEC.43; P.L.1-2025, SEC.154.
