Sec. 250. "Physician" means the following: (1) For purposes of IC 12-10-17.1 and IC 12-15-35, an individual who is licensed to practice medicine in Indiana under IC 25-22.5. (2) For purposes of IC 12-26, either of the following: (A) An individual who holds a license to practice medicine under IC 25-22.5. (B) A medical officer of the United States government who is in Indiana performing the officer's official duties. As added by P.L.145-2026, SEC.63.
