Sec. 303. (a) Except as provided in subsection (b), "secretary" refers to the secretary of family and social services appointed under IC 12-8-1.5-2. (b) "Secretary", for purposes of IC 12-13-14, has the meaning set forth in IC 12-13-14-1. As added by P.L.145-2026, SEC.63.
