"Recycle"

Sec. 6. As used in this chapter, "recycle" means to take action by which recyclable materials are recovered from the solid waste stream for purposes of: (1) use or reuse; (2) conversion into raw materials; or (3) use in the production of new products. As added by P.L.126-2014, SEC.9.
