Designee

Sec. 6. (a) A member of the commission may: (1) designate another individual to perform the duties of the member on the commission; and (2) revoke the designation described in subdivision (1). (b) A designation or a revocation of a designation under this section must be filed with the commission to be effective. As added by P.L.123-2026, SEC.38.
