Sec. 198. "Participating county" has the following meaning: (1) For purposes of IC 14-30-6, the meaning set forth in IC 14-30-6-1. (2) For purposes of IC 14-30-7-1, the meaning set forth in IC 14-30-7-1. (3) For purposes of IC 14-30-7-2, the meaning set forth in IC 14-30-7-2. (4) For purposes of IC 14-30-7-3, the meaning set forth in IC 14-30-7-3.
