"Producer"

Sec. 13. As used in this chapter, "producer" means a person engaged in the business of producing and marketing soybeans in Indiana under: (1) the producer's own name; or (2) the name of an entity in which the producer has ownership. As added by P.L.8-2026, SEC.1.
