Sec. 17. As used in this chapter, "sale" means: (1) a conveyance of title to soybeans; or (2) the pledge or other encumbrance of soybeans as security for a loan extended by the Commodity Credit Corporation under a federal price support loan program. As added by P.L.8-2026, SEC.1.
