Reciprocity; waiver of requirements

Sec. 13. The state chemist may waive all or part of the licensure and certification requirements established under section 10 of this chapter on a reciprocal basis with any state agency or federal agency that has substantially the same certification standards. As added by P.L.98-2026, SEC.42.
