"Ambulance"

Sec. 13. "Ambulance", for purposes of IC 16-31, means a conveyance on: (1) land; (2) sea; or (3) air; that is used or is intended to be used for the purpose of responding to emergency life-threatening situations and providing emergency transportation service.
