Designation of shoppable services by department of insurance

Sec. 10. Not later than May 1, 2026, the department of insurance shall: (1) determine the fifty (50) diagnostic imaging services to be disclosed as shoppable for consumers as required under this section; and (2) post a list of the designated shoppable services on the department's website.
