Sec. 0.2. A person that: (1) is a homestead vendor (as defined in IC 16-42-5.4-1); or
(2) operates a small farm (as defined in IC 16-42-5.4-4); is exempt from the requirements of this chapter. As added by P.L.163-2026, SEC.7.
