Sec. 11. The task force shall: (1) develop recommendations in a report concerning the issues set forth in section 9 of this chapter; and (2) submit the report to the legislative council in an electronic format under IC 5-14-6 not later than November 1, 2026. As added by P.L.152-2026, SEC.3.
