Sec. 5.5. "Crime of moral turpitude" means the following: (1) A crime of violence as defined in IC 35-31.5-2-79. (2) A sex offense as defined in IC 11-8-8-5.2. (3) A crime involving fraud or a false statement. As added by P.L.41-2025, SEC.3. Amended by P.L.85-2026, SEC.2.
