Sec. 8. Beginning in 2016, the state board shall provide a formal evaluation of the overall state of charter school outcomes in Indiana every five (5) years. The evaluation shall be posted on the state board's website. As added by P.L.221-2015, SEC.5. Amended by P.L.23-2026, SEC.171.
