Sec. 1. All educational institutions offering certificate, diploma, or other nondegree credential programs subject to approval by the Indiana state board of nursing under IC 25-23-1-7 are subject to the approval process outlined in IC 21-18.5-6. As added by P.L.174-2018, SEC.10.
