Transfer credits; equivalency testing

Sec. 1. A state educational institution shall: (1) accept the transfer credit of an appropriate course successfully completed by a student at another state educational institution having the same level of accreditation; or (2) allow the student to receive equal credit by successfully completing equivalency testing in the subject area.
