Sec. 1. As used in this chapter, "ammonia solution" means any ammonia solution that contains at least ten percent (10%) by weight of free ammonia or having a vapor pressure of one (1) PSIG or above at one hundred four (104) degrees Fahrenheit. As added by P.L.17-2001, SEC.4.
