Sec. 1. (a) As used in this chapter, "department of labor" refers to the department of labor created by IC 22-1-1-1. (b) As used in this chapter, "department of veterans' affairs" refers to the Indiana department of veterans' affairs established by IC 10-17-1-2. As added by P.L.96-2024, SEC.1.
