Instructional

Sec. 49. As used in this article, "instructional" means services that consist of: (1) teaching, tutoring, or lecturing; (2) directing or supervising the instructional activities of others; or (3) counseling, advising, or otherwise determining curriculum, courses, and academic pursuits for students.
