Sec. 1. As used in this chapter, "eligible provider" has the meaning set forth in IC 22-4.1-20-1. The term includes, for purposes of this chapter, a training provider listed on the department's eligible training provider list on the department's website. As added by P.L.200-2025, SEC.34.
