Curriculum catalog and promotional brochure; contents

Sec. 17. The department shall require each postsecondary proprietary educational institution to include in each curriculum catalog and promotional brochure the following: (1) A statement indicating that the postsecondary proprietary educational institution is regulated by the department under this chapter.
