Sec. 2. A prevailing plaintiff in an action under section 1 of this chapter may be awarded the following: (1) Court costs and reasonable attorney's fees. (2) Actual damages resulting from the violation. (3) Declaratory or injunctive relief. As added by P.L.196-2025, SEC.18.
