Sec. 3. A person may intervene in an action filed under section 1 of this chapter if the person is: (1) an aggrieved person to the discriminatory housing practice; or (2) a party to a conciliation agreement concerning the discriminatory housing practice. As added by P.L.1-1991, SEC.157.
