Sec. 43. The secretary of state shall collect the following fees for filing an application for certificate of existence: (1) Fifteen dollars ($15) for an electronic filing. (2) Thirty dollars ($30) for filing in a manner other than electronically. As added by P.L.118-2017, SEC.5.
