Sec. 14. "Cremation" means: (1) the incineration of: (A) the body of a deceased individual; or (B) a body part of a nondeceased individual; and (2) the mechanical or manual reduction of identifiable bone fragments to unidentifiable bone fragments. As added by P.L.52-1997, SEC.7.
