Increases in perpetual care fund

Sec. 6. A perpetual care fund may be increased by adding to the fund surplus money or property that the cemetery receives by will, deed, gift, or otherwise. As added by P.L.52-1997, SEC.22. Amended by P.L.33-2019, SEC.6.
