Powers of trustees of association

Sec. 4. The trustees of the association: (1) have full and complete charge, care, and supervision of the cemetery; and (2) may care for, supervise, and beautify the cemetery in the same manner and with the same powers provided by law for public cemeteries. As added by P.L.52-1997, SEC.45.
