"Loan broker employee"

Sec. 15. "Loan broker employee" means an individual: (1) who is an employee of a single loan broker who is licensed under this article; (2) for whom the loan broker, in addition to providing a wage or salary: (A) pays Social Security and unemployment taxes; and (B) withholds local, state, and federal income taxes; (3) who acts at the direction of, and subject to the supervision of, the loan broker; and (4) who performs loan processing activities on behalf of the loan broker.
