Sec. 1. A towing company or storage facility shall charge a fee for towing, clean-up services, or storage of a motor vehicle that is reasonable and may not exceed the storage rates allowed under IC 9-22-1-4. As added by P.L.281-2019, SEC.5. Amended by P.L.227-2025, SEC.49.
