"Executive"

Sec. 5.5. "Executive" means any of the following, as applicable: (1) With respect to a corporation, a person who is or performs the duties of the: (A) president; (B) chief executive officer; (C) treasurer; or (D) chief financial officer; of the corporation. (2) With respect to a partnership, a partner authorized to act on behalf of the partnership. (3) With respect to a limited liability company, a member of the limited liability company who has not had the member's authority to act on behalf of the limited liability company revoked.
