Sec. 9. As used in this chapter, "responsible manufacturer or installer" means the manufacturer or installer that is liable for the: (1) repair of; (2) replacement of; or (3) reimbursement for; a converted motor vehicle under section 11 of this chapter. As added by P.L.91-2022, SEC.1.
