Sec. 4. As used in this chapter, "delinquent" means at least: (1) two thousand dollars ($2,000); or (2) three (3) months; past due on payment of court ordered child support. As added by P.L.133-1995, SEC.19. Amended by P.L.23-1996, SEC.18.
