Sec. 4. "Diabetes education" means a collaborative process through which persons with or at risk for diabetes mellitus gain the knowledge and skills needed to modify behavior and successfully self-manage diabetes and conditions related to diabetes. As added by P.L.58-2014, SEC.6.
