Sec. 2. Subject to IC 25-1-6.5, each member of the board shall be: (1) a resident of Indiana; and (2) appointed by the governor; with the exception of the state geologist. As added by P.L.161-1996, SEC.2. Amended by P.L.249-2019, SEC.81.
