Sec. 5. (a) Each year the board shall elect from its members the following officers: (1) A chairperson. (2) A vice chairperson. (b) A member serving as chairperson or vice chairperson shall serve until the member's successor as chairperson or vice chairperson is elected. As added by P.L.200-2007, SEC.8.
