Sec. 1. This article supersedes any: (1) ordinance; (2) resolution; (3) rule; or (4) policy; that has the force of law adopted by a municipality, county, or other governmental unit relating to the licensure, certification, or registration of massage therapists. As added by P.L.267-2017, SEC.24.
