Reasonable fee for copying or transferring patient medical records

Sec. 2. A person or entity required to create, copy, or transfer a patient medical record for a reason specified in this chapter may charge a reasonable fee for the service as permitted under applicable state or federal law. As added by P.L.93-2020, SEC.9.
