Sec. 6. The board shall issue a license to an individual who: (1) achieves a passing score, as determined by the board, on the examination provided under this chapter; and (2) is otherwise qualified under this article. As added by P.L.186-1990, SEC.9. Amended by P.L.147-1997, SEC.51.
