Sec. 16.5. Pharmacists licensed by Indiana may fill prescriptions of optometrists who are: (1) licensed by Indiana; and (2) certified under IC 25-24-3; for a drug that is included in the formulary adopted under IC 25-24-3-10. As added by P.L.147-1991, SEC.3. Amended by P.L.157-2006, SEC.66.
