Subrogation

Sec. 11. When the commission has ordered and caused payment to be made from the real estate recovery fund to a judgment creditor, the commission is subrogated to the rights of the judgment creditor with respect to the amount paid. As added by P.L.255-1987, SEC.6. Amended by P.L.134-2013, SEC.23.
