Sec. 10. Upon written application by the owner of a well or the licensee, the department shall keep the record of a well confidential for a period of one (1) year, and that record is not considered to be a public record. As added by P.L.262-1987, SEC.4. Amended by P.L.84-2010, SEC.89.
