Sec. 2. As used in this chapter, "effective rate of reimbursement" includes the following: (1) Generic effective rates. (2) Brand effective rates. (3) Direct and indirect remuneration fees. (4) Any other reduction or aggregate reduction of payment. As added by P.L.68-2020, SEC.1.
