Sec. 8. As used in this chapter, "maximum allowable cost list" means a list of drugs that is used: (1) by a pharmacy benefit manager; and (2) to set the maximum amount that may be reimbursed to a pharmacy or pharmacist for a drug. As added by P.L.68-2020, SEC.1.
