Sec. 5. (a) The department may: (1) receive; (2) categorize; and (3) maintain; any information provided by a health care provider or a health plan under this chapter. (b) The department may not adjudicate or otherwise mediate any of the disputes between health care providers and health plans. As added by P.L.215-2025, SEC.53.
