"Party"

Sec. 2. (a) As used in this chapter, "party" means a recipient of a notice or document required as part of an insurance transaction. (b) The term includes an applicant, an insured, a policyholder, and an annuity contract holder. As added by P.L.119-2014, SEC.1.
