Sec. 18. This chapter does not apply to the following: (1) A warranty provided under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, 15 U.S.C. 2301 et seq. (2) A contract that is effective for a specified period and under which a person agrees to: (A) provide; or (B) indemnify the contract holder for; regular maintenance. (3) A motor club approved under IC 9-30-2-8. As added by P.L.129-2014, SEC.10.
