Sec. 2. Notwithstanding any other law: (1) insurers; (2) hospitals; or (3) subsidiaries or affiliates of entities referred to in subdivisions (1) and (2); may jointly organize and operate a health maintenance organization. As added by P.L.26-1994, SEC.25.
