Sec. 16. "Immediate family" means any child, stepchild, grandchild, parent, stepparent, grandparent, sibling, mother-in-law, father-in-law, daughter-in-law, son-in-law, brother-in-law, or sister-in-law. The term includes adoptive relationships. As added by P.L.226-2023, SEC.30.
